this carrd site is dedicated to information about my commissions.

hello, i'm ghost! i am currently focusing on studying arts in university and very tired and hungry :")
please be very patient with me as i am busy with school and prioritize them.this is my first time doing commissions so if you have any questions or advice, please inform me.

commission workflow

  • send a message of what you'd like for the commission using any of my listed social medias or through email. please include:

  • commission type

  • commission style

  • character reference(s)

  • description of the commission (tone, mood, pose, etc.). it is much more helpful if picture references are provided

  • canvas size (minimal/default size is 2000x2000 px)

  • wait until i have reviewed your proposal. i will notify you whether i have approved or declined your offer

  • if i have approved your proposal, i will send an invoice which must be paid upfront (at least 50-100%)

  • i will start the sketch and send you said sketch where you will be able to request revisions until you are satisfied. i will not continue your commission past this phase until you have finished your payment, unless you've paid 100% upfront

  • after the sketch is approved, i will start the next phase and continue until the commission have finished. there may be revisions, but additional charges may apply (for more detailed information, read tos)

  • your finished commission will be sent through email in high resolution

the following prices are BASE PRICES and may change depending on the additional details and the complexity of your order. they are for PERSONAL USE (commercial use are not available at this time).
background is automatically plain, such as one color (with or without a white border), gradient, simple patterns, etc. for no additional price. additional price will be charged if the background is more complex.

half-body: $30/idr 145k
thigh-up/knee-up: $35/idr 200k
fullbody: $45/idr 250k

STYLE 2: ROUGH, EXPERIMENTAL |CLOSED|
used in doodles/sketches, very experimental depending on the artwork's mood/tone
*there will be no lineart phase for this style

headshot/icon: $5/idr 75k
bust: $10/idr 82.5k
half-body: $15/idr 97.5k
thigh-up/knee-up: $20/idr 100k
fullbody: $25/idr 125k

STYLE 3: CHIBI |OPEN|
usual rendering style but in mini chibi style

fully rendered, fullbody: $15/idr 97.5k
colored sketch, fullbody: $10/idr 82.5k (CLOSED)

terms of service

DOs:

  • anything that is too complex for me

  • anything i am uncomfortable with

by commissioning me, you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below:

  • NO RUSHING/NO DEADLINE

  • payment: (international) paypal/ (local/indonesia) BCA

  • provide me with VISUAL references. this is a must and i won't accept the commission if i am not provided with said references. however, providing extra references such as descriptions for the commission is accepted!

  • i reserve the right to decline if i am unable/uncomfortable for any reason

  • i'm allowed to use the finished artwork to be posted in my social media and portfolio, as well as the speedpaint/timelapse of said artwork

  • you must pay at least 50% of the payment upfront or otherwise i won't start the commission. once the sketch is approved, send the rest of the payment or otherwise i won't continue

  • i will send you WIPs (work in progress) in every stage (sketch, lineart, base color). this is to ensure that you can approve on said commission on each stage. if there are any mistakes that i have made/you'd like to revision some parts of the commission, please ask away;

  • however, revisions are limited (sketch is unlimited, lineart is 5, and base color is 2). more complex revisions such as changing the character's pose, expressions and such will be charged

  • if you are wondering about your commission's progress, ask away! i will send you a screenshot of the current progress

  • you may post the finished commission, but you may not claim my work as your own/you must provide credit

  • you are not allowed to remove my watermark

  • you are strictly forbidden to mint my work for NFTs and/or to practice AI

  • the finished commission is for personal use ONLY. using it for commercial use despite agreeing said commission to be for personal use is strictly forbidden
